I've been up at 5am the last two days...I'm tired!

What you don't see in this picture are the 15-20 police cars surrounding this guy & the helicopters buzzing overhead.

In the close up you'll notice he's just hanging out smoking.

I have no idea how he got up there or how he got down. Especially with the added fun of roller blades!

I'm sure he's going to enjoy some quality time behind bars.
