A sales clerk in the gift shop at the Hyatt Century Plaza unlocked this display window, pulled down the top half of the mannequin's dress and then relocked the display.

This must be the way this dress is meant to be worn.

Chichen Itza

It was a sunny, cloudy, rainy and then sunny day (again) when we went to Chichen Itza.

The decendants of the Maya run around the site & offer up souvenirs for sale, "hey Lady-10 peso-for you--cheap."

Sun & Quiet

Views of the rocky "beach" area at the hotel I stayed at near Playa del Carmen. This man-made area is filled with salt water & fish roll in from the sea. Luckily this was one of the areas at the hotel that wasn't blasting festive music for our vacation enjoyment.

The Caribbean is very blue!

Early Flight South

Went to Mexico for a week. Left JFK at 6am!!! And the flight was on an airline called USA 3000....who? Damn package vacations.
